Is iDisko free?

Yes, iDisko can be used for free. You can create an account and enjoy its basic features without paying.
Music in iDisko is played using the YouTube API. If your connected Google account has YouTube Premium, you’ll enjoy music without YouTube ads. If not, you can still listen, but you may hear ads inserted by YouTube as part of their free service.
The app also offers an optional Premium version with extra benefits, but the free version is enough to start listening to music and connecting with people.

 

How do I sign up for iDisko?

Signing up is simple:

1. Download the app on your mobile device and open it.

2. Choose your registration method: email, phone number, or sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple.

3. Create a username and password (if using email), and you’re ready to start using iDisko!

 

What information do I need to create my profile?

When creating your account, you’ll need to provide a valid email address or phone number to verify your account, choose a username, and optionally add a profile picture.
You can also include details like your favorite music genre or country of origin to personalize your experience. These details can be edited anytime in your profile settings.

 

What is the minimum age to use iDisko?

You must be 18 years or older to register. Our goal is to maintain real profiles and good behavior within the iDisko community.

 

Can I use iDisko without creating an account?

No. To enjoy iDisko and connect with other users, you need an account. Registration is quick and free.

 

How do I connect with other people on iDisko?

In the main room, you can see other connected users and the music they are listening to. If someone interests you, you can send them a VIP request.
If they accept, both of you will move into the VIP space, where you can:

• Turn on your camera and microphone to see and talk in real time.

• Chat via text.

• Listen to the same music, synchronized.

• Change songs together for a shared experience.

Connections are not random — you decide who to invite to VIP.

 

Can I choose who I connect with?

Yes. You can filter connections by:

• Gender: female, male, or both.

• Age range.

• Country: worldwide or specific countries.

If you’re not comfortable with a connection, you can quickly move on.

 

How do I add someone to my favorites?

If you enjoy chatting or sharing music with a user, you can mark them as a favorite(follow). Use the star icon during chat or from their profile. This saves them in your favorites list so you can reconnect more easily later.
The other person will not be notified unless they also add you or you interact again.

 

Do I have to use my camera or microphone?

No. You can use iDisko however you want — just to listen to music, use video, chat only, or a mix.
By default, your camera is off when a connection starts, and your microphone stay muted. You decide if and when to turn them on.

 

Is iDisko safe?

Yes, we prioritize community safety. We verify accounts by email to reduce bots and use YOTI AI moderation to ensure users age more than 18.
As with any social app, we recommend caution: avoid sharing sensitive personal information, and use block/report tools if something makes you uncomfortable.

 

How do I report a user or inappropriate content?

From a user’s profile or chat menu, select Report and choose a reason (inappropriate behavior, sexual content, underage user, identity theft, etc.).
Reports are confidential, reviewed promptly, and can lead to warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. You can also block and report at the same time.

 

How do I edit my profile in iDisko?

Go to your profile section (user icon or your photo), tap Edit Profile, and update your photo, username, bio, or other details like your favorite song. Changes are visible immediately.

 

What benefits does iDisko Premium include?

iDisko Premium is an optional paid subscription that unlocks advanced features, including:

• No ads.

• A VIP (verification) badge on your profile.

• Extra filters (e.g., by user gender, country).

• Send more VIP

How do I subscribe to iDisko Premium?

Go to the Premium section in the app, tap Get Premium, and complete your purchase via your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). Your account updates instantly.

 

How much does iDisko Premium cost?

Prices vary by country and subscription plan. Check the Premium section in the app for the current price in your local currency before confirming payment.

 

Can I cancel my Premium subscription?

Yes. Manage your subscription in your app store settings. You’ll keep Premium benefits until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, then your account will return to free mode.

 

I didn’t receive the verification code. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder (for email). If registering by phone, confirm your number and country code. You can also try resending the code or registering with another method. If issues persist, contact iDisko support.

 

I forgot my password.

On the login screen, tap Forgot your password?, enter your registered email, and follow the link sent to reset it. If you registered with a phone number only, contact support for assistance.

 

The music won’t play correctly.

Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the problem continues, close and reopen the app, restart your device, or check for updates in your app store.

 

The app crashes or runs slowly.

Close and reopen iDisko, restart your device, update the app, and ensure you have free storage space. If the issue persists, contact support with details.

 

What profile information can other users see?

Others can see your username, profile picture, short bio, favorite song (if set), and general country/region. They cannot see your exact location, email, phone number, or real last name. You can edit or remove details anytime.

 

How does iDisko use my personal data?

iDisko collects only the information needed to provide the service and improve your experience.
Music playback uses the YouTube API, so the YouTube Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply. If you have YouTube Premium, you’ll hear music without ads; otherwise, you may hear ads from YouTube’s free service.
We do not sell your data to advertisers. We only share data in legally permitted cases (e.g., to prevent fraud or comply with the law). For details, see our Privacy Policy.

 

How can I delete my account and data from iDisko?

In Settings, select Delete Account. Confirm your choice, and your profile, history, and data will be permanently erased from our servers within a short period. This action is irreversible.
Currently, there’s no temporary deactivation — you either keep your account or delete it completely.
